Individual Counseling

With appointments ranging from weekly to monthly, book sessions to fit your schedule. You have the option between 60-minute and 90-minute appointments upon request.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is available to all clients that meet the criterion needed.

EMDR is a specialized modality that requires training and consultation to ethically be administered. When traditional psychotherapy can only get you so far, EMDR can be the bridge to healing wounds permanently. The origination of EMDR was aimed to specifically treat post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma. As the modality continues to grow, its application is extending to treat not only trauma, but addiction, OCD, anxiety, depression chronic pain and so much more.
